The ICOM Medical Department plays a pivotal role in the success of the Egyptian Vaccine Manufacturers Alliance (EVMA) by managing a comprehensive process that aligns the alliance’s strategic objectives with actionable outcomes. By facilitating collaborations with key stakeholders—including the UPA, MOHP, EDA, Local vaccine manufacturers and international organizations, ICOM supports EVMA’s mission of localizing vaccine production and enhancing Egypt’s self-sufficiency. This management process positions EVMA to meet both national and African health needs.
